Media player failed to render the file

Are you able to try it using the Streamlink CLI from the command prompt by doing something like streamlink twitch.

Yes that plays correctly in VLC. With the latest nightly it works. Does Livestreamer still work with the twitch streams? It does appears to be an issue with streamlink and not the gui. Just to be sure, can you please run the command I've posted above, so the GUI can be completely ignored?
