Everytime I edit at some moment the preview disappear and becomes black. Once I switch the "renderer" in the project settings into the software it works fine and preview comes back. I dont know why as i think I have a very powerful computer why playback and then implicit the export has those issues.

If i just switch to hardware renderer right before export, then it will export no problems withing minutes the whole video.
